Coconut Cookies
Serving: 8 cookies
Ingredients
- 50 g coconut flour
- 100 g coconut oil melted
- 50 g coconut sugar
- 110 g milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients then add remaining ingredients. Rest for about 15 minutes.
- Form 8 cookies on a baking sheet.
- Bake on pre-heated oven (170°) for 12 to 14 minutes.
