Golden Milk
Golden milk is a hot drink known as an anti-inflammatory, it’s delicious, healthy, and keeps you warm.
The golden part is taken from the use of turmeric. It’s the central ingredient for this recipe and it delivers a tremendous health benefits!

Golden Milk
Serving: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk Fresh or powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp ground ginger OR 1 tsp of ginger powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Honey for sweetness 1 tsp – 1 tbsp
- punch black pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a pan (except honey).
- Mix the ingredients slowly and continuously at a high temperature.
- Once boiled, remove from heat, and move to two cups (with filter).
- Optionally, add the honey for sweetness.
