Golden Milk

Servings 2 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups milk Fresh or powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger OR 1 tsp of ginger powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Honey for sweetness 1 tsp - 1 tbsp
  • punch black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a pan (except honey).
  • Mix the ingredients slowly and continuously at a high temperature.
  • Once boiled, remove from heat, and move to two cups (with filter).
  • Optionally, add the honey for sweetness.
