Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 700-900 g soft cheese
- 1 condensed milk
- 1/2 lemon
- 400 g digestive biscuit
- 100 g unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract Optional
- 1-2 pack gelatin follow pack instructions
Instructions
- Mix Cheese, Condensed Milk, Lemon, gelatin and Vanilla together.
- Mix grounded biscuit and melted butter and bake them till the crust gets golden.
- Add the creme mix on the curst, wait till the crust gets colder and refrigerate - preferably overnight.
- Add your favourite toppings and serve. Try peanut butter and jam!
