Ingredients
  

  • 700-900 g soft cheese
  • 1 condensed milk
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 400 g digestive biscuit
  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Optional
  • 1-2 pack gelatin follow pack instructions

Instructions
 

  • Mix Cheese, Condensed Milk, Lemon, gelatin and Vanilla together.
  • Mix grounded biscuit and melted butter and bake them till the crust gets golden.
  • Add the creme mix on the curst, wait till the crust gets colder and refrigerate - preferably overnight.
  • Add your favourite toppings and serve. Try peanut butter and jam!
